Get involved

Get involved with a wide range of events to boost your wellbeing such as:

  • Crafts including pebble painting, Halloween decoration making and mindfulness colouring
  • A plant giveaway
  • VR headsets for mindfulness
  • Sport activities including boxing and hula hoop activities
  • Seated yoga and mindfulness

All students and staff are welcome! Eliot Hall 10am to 4pm.
