Get involved with a wide range of events to boost your wellbeing such as:
- Crafts including pebble painting, Halloween decoration making and mindfulness colouring
- A plant giveaway
- VR headsets for mindfulness
- Sport activities including boxing and hula hoop activities
- Seated yoga and mindfulness
