IT Upgrades – Temporary System Downtime

On Thursday 25 September 2025, from 2pm, our practice will undergo essential IT upgrades, expected to last around two hours.

The practice will remain open, but staff may have limited or no access to some or all IT systems. This could affect services such as medical records, prescription processing, and online appointment booking.

You can still reach us by telephone, our website, or by visiting the practice, and all pre-booked appointments will go ahead as planned. For urgent medical needs, our clinical team will continue to be available or you can contact NHS 111 or visit an Urgent Treatment Centre .
