From the 1st April 2013 the Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group (C4G)has taken over fully from our Primary Care Trust (Eastern & Coastal Kent). Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group – C4G for short – is made up of local GPs and other health professionals representing 23 practices across the Canterbury district, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Sandwich, Ash and the surrounding rural areas.
